What do I do if my beautiful pavers are starting to sink, raise or separate?

Thorough Paver Repairs

When I brought this to his attention, he sent me a revised bid immediately. They cleaned my roof which was very dirty, as well as my pool deck pavers which took out all the little weeds and grass between them. The results were fantastic. The workman did knock down the wiring from my satellite dish from the eaves of the house, but I suppose that comes with the territory.   • I live in the Acerage, Palm Beach County and was referred to this company from a friend in Coral Springs. Gledston came out to give the quote and was friendly and professional. He called early on our appointment day to confirm our meeting and he didn't take long to come up with a price once he knew what had to be done. He explained everything that they needed to do and what I can do to maintain his work to make it last longer, which included "how to" on weed control. The written quote came the same day. The written quote was in the form of an email which included a link to pay a deposit and start the process. I paid the deposit late on a Thursday night and the following day (Friday) I got a call to schedule repair on Monday with clean/seal on Wednesday. The teams that came each day were different but all were friendly and worked fast. The end result was a patio that was more beautiful than the day it was originally installed. Thank you for a job well done, I will definitely call you back. I highly recommend this company!

Only options were sand blasting or All About Pressure method of stripping then high power pressure washing. Afterwards they stain the pavers with color and seal. They come out looking great!   • Terrific service providers. Their proposed fees were so fair I didn't even bother getting competitive bids. They showed up on time and did exceptionally good work. They had to move a LOT of stuff because I had screwed up the day they were coming and hadn't prepared well. The workers didn't blink an eye, they just pressure washed and put all the stuff back in place. I have a small home pressure washer and usually do the work myself. But they did such good work at such a fair price that I wouldn't even consider doing it all myself again.

Another company told us we had to sand blast the tile before they would even touch it. This turned out not to be the case. They were fairly priced (not the cheapest) but they are worth it. I am extremely fussy regarding who I use for maintenance projects,. They are professional, and do a great job, in addition to putting things back in their place when the job is done. There are a lot of fly by nights out there that may be cheaper, but really don't know what they are doing. If you want it done right, use All About Pressure Cleaning.

We have a very unique stone for our deck which our pool contractor had improperly sealed with an oil-based product that left all of the pavers with a white coating that nearly destroyed the deck. All pressure cleaning came in, took a sample stone and tried different types of seals to get the perfect one. Despite a very rainy few weeks, they were able to strip the old seal, pressure wash, and correctly seal the pavers.   • I had extensive damage to some areas of my pavers where the previous tenant was parking on the corners of the driveway . All About Pressure Cleaning was able to fix those areas and put in a cement border to reinforce those areas and reposition those pavers affected. In addition they had to strip and reseal an area where the previous tenant tried to cover up stains from working on his vehicle . Looks brand new now.

  • I experienced premium professionalism in the evaluation of my pressure cleaning request. The price was excellent, regarding the extensive amount of work. My backyard has many chatahooctee walk areas (rounds and squares), which were extremely dirty. After the pressure cleaning, they appear to be new once again. My concrete driveway and walkway has been rejuvenated with many stains removed. "ALL ABOUT PRESSURE CLEANING" will be my permanent pressure cleaning company to maintain my home exterior.   • Real pros, excellent work performed ( paver repairs, pressure cleaning and sealing) on my driveway and house entrance at very competitive price . The crew was on time , courteous and non invasive . I definitely would use them again and would strongly recommend them to others . Steve Kollias ( sales rep) was very responsive to my phone call when I informed him that a PVC sprinkler line had been ruptured during the repairs and he sent a repair crew the next day that fixed the line in 1 hour.

  • I found this company to perform as promised, very rare these days.This job involved them removing a number of layers of sealer from my patio that had been improperly applied in the past hence leaving a hazy/cloudy look to the pavers.   • I always use All About Pressure Cleaning & Sealing for all my driveway , outside furniture and patio needs. From initial call , to estimates, to actual work being performed and completed on time and as estimated, they are without parallel here in South Florida. Gledscon ( one of the owners ) has been more than helpful with ideas and especially when it comes to my wife who has some balance issues. I told him I wanted a specific sealer on my driveway and he immediately told me that would not be a good idea. Turns out that sealer becomes very slippery when wet and he remembered that my wife had the walking / balance situation. So I think we hopefully dodged a bullet with his recommendation (s ) . He's also just a delightful individual in addition to his professionalism . I've always found his employees to be professional and make every effort that the job their performing is the best it can be.They should be given six stars instead of just five !!!! Calling All About Pressure Cleaning & Sealing will be without reservation, THE best call you'll make today .

  • We have just finished a major pool and pool deck remodeling. The area is very large, and we had beautiful pavers installed, as well as resurfacing our pool ( just before hurricane Irma came!!!). Working with this company was probably the easiest part of all! Gladston was very, very knowledgeable, patient and accomodating, as far as organizing , and the guys who came to do the work (sorry...can't remember names! -one was the other owner!), did a great job, and sent another crew back to bring all the deck furniture back in. Very pleased. I would definitely recommend.

  • I had the pleasure of having Ulisses and Daniel as the two gentlemen that performed the work. They cleaned my driveway pavers, sidewalk, back pavers around the pool, side pads, gutters, roof tiles and lanai screens. Awesome work by these two young men. They stopped for 30 minutes to eat lunch after working 6 hours. There was one stubborn spot above the garage door that would not come clean. I was told they could not get it clean. They left to start another job. Out of no where, they showed up after 5pm and said the sealer should be dry and they used a ladder and scrubbed the area by hand. I would recommend them to anyone looking for pressure cleaning.

A little more than the average landscaper or handyman, but. This I what they do. They even moved and replaced a few cracked pavers. Work crew was on time and did a very nice job. No complaints.   • Everything about the job was great from start to finish. The scope of work included pressure cleaning a very large fence, sand blasting paint off of a driveway, cleaning the surface of a garage floor which previously had a glued down carpet, removal of sealant from pavers, cleaning and resealing the pavers. Crews showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. Salesman was knowledgeable and available during the course of the job. I would highly recommend All About Pressure Cleaning.

Previously used solvent based sealer. I was advised in advance to use a water based sealer, which this company uses, and glad I did. Job was done on time and as discussed in advance.   • A two man crew arrived promptly at the appointed time. They removed the pavers that were uneven due to tree roots, they removed the tree roots and replaced the pavers exactly as they were before. The men were courteous and did a wonderful job.

  • Excellent company alert! We had the All About Pressure Cleaning & Sealing team come out to power wash a couple of very difficult walls that had been damaged by creeping ivy. Our painting company's power wash did little to improve the walls and it became clear we needed another round. Glad to have found AAPC&S because they did the job right! The walls cleaned up beautifully and just got my home painted. Yay! Highly recommended company!

  • I called them and they came out the next morning. I showed him what needed to be done and told me it would be beautiful when they get finished. He knew exactly what was needed to strip my paver deck around my pool as it was done IN correctly the first time about a year ago and I fell on it after a rainstorm. The guys came (EARLY) that morning and were done by the end of the day. The deck looks almost like the day it was installed. Kudos to all there!!   • What a great experience.. Very easy and painless from first phone call for quote to the finished product. Needed our pavers cleaned and sealed,the price for the service was good; Called on Wednesday,rcvd a quote on Thursday,booked it for Monday. Rogerio and his helper came at 8A went straight to work. They just cleaned and sealed my precast concrete pool area and entryway and did a great job. I like that one of the owners, either Roger or Gladston is on every job to make sure the work is perfect. The estimate they gave was fair and very professionally delivered (they measured everything they would be cleaning). They were very detailed and did not leave a mess as other companies we have used in the past. They arrived on time each day and prepared the property for the work that they would be doing. Our patio pavers looked perfect when they were done. Our roof and driveway were cleaned to just about new condition. We had them spray a topcoat product on our patio and it is worth the extra dollars to have this step included in your pressure cleaning. It makes all the difference and prevents mold and mildew from developing. I would recommend this company to friends and family. The team they sent was polite and hardworking.
