Everything about the job was great from start to finish. The scope of work included pressure cleaning a very large fence, sand blasting paint off of a driveway, cleaning the surface of a garage floor which previously had a glued down carpet, removal of sealant from pavers, cleaning and resealing the pavers. Crews showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. Salesman was knowledgeable and available during the course of the job. I would highly recommend All About Pressure Cleaning.

Our experience with All about Pressure Clean and Seal was pleasant from start to completion. Gledston paid the initial visit and completely explained the process. Repairs were completed first; pavers had to be removed from a portion of the driveway, damaged cement had to be removed and new support cement had to be applied. Then the driveway would be power washed, followed by the application of fine sand. Finally, two coats of seal would be applied. We were in a bit of a rush, since we had other work being done on the property. In view of that, Gledston arranged a schedule that would move us along quickly. The repairs were done with great results. Following this, all subsequent work was completed during one day.
All workers were courteous, informative and professional. Your fee was quite reasonable. We would highly recommend your company to anyone.

"I had milky white driveway pavers from multi layers of sealer improperlyapplied by an on-the-cheap company hired by the previous homeowner. InDecember 2016 I called All About Pressure Cleaning. They sent a polite andknowledgeable rep to my home to look over the job and give me an estimate. Iwas given a prompt and reasonable estimate. After accepting the estimate Iwas contacted by the office and given a date for the work to be started. On12/14 they started working. The owner Gledston Zanon and co-owner RogerioSilva started with the stripping process then rinsed everything downincluding any splash over. They were very neat and clean at all times fromstart to finish and were careful with the plantings nearby. When the multilayers of old sealer were gone the pavers looked amazing! The colors popped,and the sealer wasn't even applied yet. I couldn't believe how beautiful mypavers really are. I also had them clean the sidewalk that lines my propertyas part of the job estimate. Again, a great job done! The next day on 12/15,they returned to sand and seal the pavers. My driveway looks absolutelybeautiful now. Even my neighbors drove by slowing down to look at it. I called them and they came out the next morning. I showed him what needed to be done and told me it would be beautiful when they get finished. He knew exactly what was needed to strip my paver deck around my pool as it was done IN correctly the first time about a year ago and I fell on it after a rainstorm. The guys came (EARLY) that morning and were done by the end of the day. The deck looks almost like the day it was installed. Kudos to all there!! Needed our pavers cleaned and sealed, the price for the service was good; Called on Wednesday, received a quote on Thursday, booked it for Monday. I had a dismal painted, peeling, moldy concrete slab as my backyard. After contacting various concrete restorers and pressure cleaners I made my choice to go with your company. Matheus came to my home to give me an estimate and I was very pleased with his knowledge and expertise. I felt reassured my
patio would be restored.Not only did I have my backyard patio done but also had my fence cleaned and painted as well as having my two story house pressured cleaned. Pressure washed pavers and sidewalk(which he did and was not in contract) and put two coats of sealer on driveway. The person who came to estimate was a polite knowledgeable person and the girl in the office was friendly and helpful..
The team that came were on time and were very polite and gave us all the details about the job. They did the work in a professional way and showed us how it looked when they finished.
We were very impressed with the work and my wife is very fussy about jobs that are done and smiled as she talked to them. She also said that it looked like the pavers when they were first put down.
I was impressed how the person in charge said that if any oil or anything gets on pavers, they would come back for free to rectify the situation. I have been working with contractors for over thirty years and that is the first time I heard that, which shows they are proud of their work.

Pressure wash my roof, pool deck, sidewalk. They also sealed my pool deck pavers and stripped the deck paint from my front walkway. I have had several other companies work on my house over the past 35 years. They all did an OK job. This is the only company I added to my phone for future reference.
They were honest, gave me a great price, were on time, and went above board in not only completing the job, but cleaning everything up. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

These guys are very professional! They coordinate this job with another contractor, came out and to review the work and emailed me a detailed estimate. The owner of the company Roger came out to pressure clean, re-sand, and seal the pavers on my deck and around the pool. We set a date and time for the services to be provided. On the date we scheduled, I called early in the morning to see what time the crew would be arriving to do the job. I was informed that we were scheduled for some time between 1pm-2 pm. Sometime prior to the scheduled time, I received a call from the office that due to a technical problem with the equipment they would be arriving a little late between 3pm-4pm. I was asked if this was acceptable and agreed to the time. The crew arrived at 3:30pm and began to work immediately. It was a Friday afternoon, and they pressure/hot water washed the entire deck, and even knocked down the spider webs that were on the screened enclosure. They worked till it started getting dark, around 5:30 or so and said they would be back before noon the following day to sand and seal the deck. The crew was back early Saturday morning, all the cracks and crevices where the pavers around the pool were pulling away were sanded, and using a high pressure sprayer (not a roller like some other companies) sealed the entire deck. The patio looks great again, and will probably call them again in a year or so to pressure clean and reseal if needed.

We were both very satisfied with the cleaning job performed on our patio and front entrance by Fernando Oliveiras and his associate. Our screened in patio contains white travertine pavers which in the wet Florida summers collects a considerable amount of dirt requiring high pressure cleaning. All About Pressure Cleaning was the first company we encountered that was able to remove the white filmy surface which appeared on our driveway several months after it was last resealed. They sent in a highly competent subcontractor who carefully sandblasted the bricks to remove excess sealer, which was the cause of the problem. The Company then pressure washed the driveway, filled in gaps between the bricks with sand and re-sealed it with a water based color enhancing sealer. Our driveway has now been restored to its original beauty.Once again we receive numerous compliments from our neighbors.We strongly recommend All About Pressure Cleaning for anyone needing to seal or re-seal a paving stone driveway. This is a process which requires considerably more technical knowledge and skill than most of us realize.

The job began on March 23, but was not completed until March 30th. The first part of this job was the repair of our driveway and a spot in our walkway where the travertine pavers had sunk. This required the removal of existing pavers, regrading of the surface below, and replacement of the pavers, as well as adding some new concrete retaining. In addition, about 50 pavers that had been cracked were removed and replaced with new ones. (I had previously purchased these extra pavers, so the pavers were not included in their price.) Some of the new pavers were slightly larger than the original ones, and required a little finesse to fit into the design properly, but the repairs turned out perfectly. The next step was sandblasting our back patio. They arranged for A&B Sandblasting (Achim) to do the sandblasting and he did a great job, although it is a messy process and there was unavoidably quite a bit of sand in the pool. Achim cleaned up very well, though, making sure to get the sand off the walls, windows, etc. All About Pressure Cleaning also arranged to have someone come to clean some of the sand out of the pool, which was a big help. Next came the pressure washing and sealing. This is where AAPC really shines. We have a serious moisture issue on our back patio which necessitated some special consideration. Most other companies would simply clean and seal the patio and be done with it. In fact, one of the the last companies we hired used the wrong sealer for this moisture situation, which is one of the reasons for the white haze forming on the pavers in the first place. But thankfully, Gledston is extremely knowledgeable and more concerned that the job be done properly. This required that we use the correct sealer and give the patio more time to dry out before sealing. Due to an emergency with his partner, Gledston was shorthanded and had to rearrange his schedule to accommodate the delay with our job, which he did with great patience. In this day and age, it is refreshing to find a company that is more concerned with doing the right thing than just getting the job done so they can get the check. We would recommend them highly.

I found the company to be courteous and prompt. They happily came back to be sure that the pavers had the nice clean edge I was expecting. I was impressed with their desire to be sure they had it right. The cleaning was well done. The sealing looks fabulous, except for a vendor who pulled onto our drive only 30 minutes post sealing!!! Once again, they came out to try to fix the problem but by then the mark was set. I did not hold them responsible as it was the vendors fault for not seeing the roped off driveway and remembering my instructions not to park on the drive! The fact that they returned and attempted to correct a problem that was of no fault of theirs, truly impressed me. Overall, I would call this company back the next time I wanted any paving work completed. Their office was always polite and courteous and willing to listen to my concerns and problems.

We had called 6 different companies to come to our house to pressure clean and paint our stamped concrete circular driveway. Some of these companies said the only way they could give us a beautiful long-lasting driveway was to breakup the existing and start over. The estimate costs were $5,500.00 and up.

All About Pressure Cleaning and Sealing did a fabulous job repairing and sealing my patio as well as pressure cleaning my roof, walls and sidewalk. Even the light fixtures were cleaned! The house looked like it was just painted. I had one or two minor concerns with the tile replacement but my concerns were addressed quickly, and professionally. They were prompt, courteous and professional throughout the whole process. I would definitely hire them again.

I had the pleasure of having Ulisses and Daniel as the two gentlemen that performed the work. They cleaned my driveway pavers, sidewalk, and back pavers around the pool, side pads, gutters, roof tiles and lanai screens. Awesome work by these two young men. They stopped for 30 minutes to eat lunch after working 6 hours. There was one stubborn spot above the garage door that would not come clean. I was told they could not get it clean. They left to start another job. Out of nowhere, they showed up after 5pm and said the sealer should be dry and they used a ladder and scrubbed the area by hand. I would recommend them to anyone looking for pressure cleaning.

We have just finished a major pool deck remodeling. The area is very large, and we had beautiful pavers installed, as well as resurfacing our pool (just before hurricane Irma came!). Working with this company was probably the easiest part of all! Gledston was very, very knowledgeable, patient and accommodating, as far as organizing, and the guys who came to do the work (sorry… can't remember names! - one of them was the owner!), did a great job, and sent another crew back to bring all the deck furniture back in. Very pleased. I would definitely recommend.

This was the last phase of our home project and due to circumstances beyond our control, All About Pressure Cleaning was flexible and kept the lines of communication going while they patiently waited for their portion of our job to start. The company did a fantastic job, were timely and very professional. After the initial walk through with the rep from the company, I noticed that he overestimated the square footage of the job. When I brought this to his attention, he sent me a revised bid immediately. They cleaned my roof which was very dirty, as well as my pool deck pavers which took out all the little weeds and grass between them. The results were fantastic. The workman did knock down the wiring from my satellite dish from the eaves of the house, but I suppose that comes with the territory. I live in the Acerage, Palm Beach County and was referred to this company from a friend in Coral Springs. Gledston came out to give the quote and was friendly and professional. He called early on our appointment day to confirm our meeting and he didn't take long to come up with a price once he knew what had to be done. He explained everything that they needed to do and what I can do to maintain his work to make it last longer, which included "how to" on weed control. The written quote came the same day. The written quote was in the form of an email which included a link to pay a deposit and start the process. I paid the deposit late on a Thursday night and the following day (Friday) I got a call to schedule repair on Monday with clean/seal on Wednesday. The teams that came each day were different but all were friendly and worked fast. The end result was a patio that was more beautiful than the day it was originally installed. My driveway pavers we're a mess. Color had faded and multiple coats of sealer over years caused staining. Only options were sand blasting or All About Pressure method of stripping then high power pressure washing. Afterwards they stain the pavers with color and seal. They come out looking great! Terrific service providers. Their proposed fees were so fair I didn't even bother getting competitive bids. They showed up on time and did exceptionally good work. Another company told us we had to sand blast the tile before they would even touch it. This turned out not to be the case. They were fairly priced (not the cheapest) but they are worth it. They were very professional. We have a very unique stone for our deck which our pool contractor had improperly sealed with an oil-based product that left all of the pavers with a white coating that nearly destroyed the deck. All pressure cleaning came in, took a sample stone and tried different types of seals to get the perfect one. Despite a very rainy few weeks, they were able to strip the old seal, pressure wash, and correctly seal the pavers. I got the recommendation from the Next Door app. I made an appointment for an estimate and they showed up right on time. I was emailed the estimate, a contract and a request for a small deposit. We agreed on a time and the workers were prompt, clean and professional. They helped us move the stuff off the driveway and even a car that wouldn't start. I called on a Monday and on Tuesday an estimator arrived and provided a quote which was emailed to me to allow me to accept it, reject it, or ask for modifications. Easy. I had extensive damage to some areas of my pavers where the previous tenant was parking on the corners of the driveway . All About Pressure Cleaning was able to fix those areas and put in a cement border to reinforce those areas and reposition those pavers affected. I experienced premium professionalism in the evaluation of my pressure cleaning request. The price was excellent, regarding the extensive amount of work. My backyard has many chatahooctee walk areas (rounds and squares), which were extremely dirty. After the pressure cleaning, they appear to be new once again. I always use All About Pressure Cleaning & Sealing for all my driveway , outside furniture and patio needs. From initial call , to estimates, to actual work being performed and completed on time and as estimated, they are without parallel here in South Florida. Gledscon ( one of the owners ) has been more than helpful with ideas and especially when it comes to my wife who has some balance issues. I told him I wanted a specific sealer on my driveway and he immediately told me that would not be a good idea. Turns out that sealer becomes very slippery when wet and he remembered that my wife had the walking / balance situation. So I think we hopefully dodged a bullet with his recommendation (s ) . He's also just a delightful individual in addition to his professionalism . We have just finished a major pool and pool deck remodeling. The area is very large, and we had beautiful pavers installed, as well as resurfacing our pool ( just before hurricane Irma came!!!). Working with this company was probably the easiest part of all! I had the pleasure of having Ulisses and Daniel as the two gentlemen that performed the work. They cleaned my driveway pavers, sidewalk, back pavers around the pool, side pads, gutters, roof tiles and lanai screens. Awesome work by these two young men. They stopped for 30 minutes to eat lunch after working 6 hours. There was one stubborn spot above the garage door that would not come clean. I was told they could not get it clean. They left to start another job. Out of no where, they showed up after 5pm and said the sealer should be dry and they used a ladder and scrubbed the area by hand. Everything about the job was great from start to finish. The scope of work included pressure cleaning a very large fence, sand blasting paint off of a driveway, cleaning the surface of a garage floor which previously had a glued down carpet, removal of sealant from pavers, cleaning and resealing the pavers.
