These are the people you want to do business with. I asked Steve Kollias, All About's sales rep, if two coats of driveway sealer would be better than the one they quoted me on – in short, I tried to give them more of my money than they were asking for — but Steve told me that it would be a waste of my money. In addition to being honest and doing terrific work, they were the least expensive vendor or the several from which I got quotes.

I have been using All About Pressure Cleaning for the past several years for roof cleaning, pressure cleaning and sealing my paver driveway, and patio. I am extremely fussy regarding who I use for maintenance projects,. They are professional, and do a great job, in addition to putting things back in their place when the job is done. There are a lot of fly by nights out there that may be cheaper, but really don't know what they are doing. If you want it done right, use All About Pressure Cleaning.

All About Pressure Cleaning and Sealing is simply Wonderful! Both the owners and the workers are a pleasure to deal with. They are responsive, responsible, and the results of their work are excellent. The owners and office are readily available by phone, or quickly return phone calls; they answer all questions, give very useful advice, and they follow up effectively. Our expanded patio was installed by a different paving contractor, using pavers that were dirty and discolored with white efflorescence. "All About Pressure Cleaning" applied a process that effectively cleaned the pavers, they added sand and applied two coats of sealant. The results exceeded our expectations to the extent that the old and new pavers matched eachother and they look great. I highly recommend using this company.

Process was first rate starting with setting up an initial assessment (Steve was very knowledgeable), quick quote received online. Payment process slick and easy. Very professional crew, showed up on time, as arranged, they explained process and executed efficiently. Left place orderly when they left. Will use this company again without doubt.

They did a fantastic job on my weed riddled pavers as well as a repair job caused by a fallen tree... Also had my barrel tile roof cleaned a few years back which has lasted longer than expected.

It seems lately that it has been so difficult to find honest reliable contractors of any kind around here. I was more than pleasantly surprised with the honesty and reliability of this company. Showed up when they were supposed to and did a fabulous job pressure cleaning and sealing my pavers. They were very professional. We have a very unique stone for our deck which our pool contractor had improperly sealed with an oil-based product that left all of the pavers with a white coating that nearly destroyed the deck. All pressure cleaning came in, took a sample stone and tried different types of seals to get the perfect one. Despite a very rainy few weeks, they were able to strip the old seal, pressure wash, and correctly seal the pavers. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a competent and qualified professional for their needs.

After they completed the work at my home, there were some problems and they came back out and actually re-did my driveway and walkway. Can not say enough wonderful things about Gledston and his crew!!!!! They did the best job ever repaving my pool deck, pressure cleaned all pavers front and back of my house and repainted my wooden dock! It was a pleasure having them work for me. I was very pleased with the work done on my driveway pavers which were heavily stained with rust from my sprinkler system. The pavers were thoroughly cleaned and sealed and now look like new. My roof, which was even filthier after not having been cleaned since it was installed five years ago, now also looks like new. The work was done in one day and the price was reasonable.

I got the recommendation from the Next Door app. I made an appointment for an estimate and they showed up right on time. I was emailed the estimate, a contract and a request for a small deposit. We agreed on a time and the workers were prompt, clean and professional. They helped us move the stuff off the driveway and even a car that wouldn't start. They pressure washed, filled the bare spots with sand and sealed the pavers. They even pressured washed the sidewalk around the driveway. Very nice and did a great job at a reasonable price. I got an estimate from another company that was doing my neighbors driveway and it was $300.00 more. Thanks very much for the great service and promptness, which is rare in So FL.

From start to finish the company is responsive and efficient and they do a great job at a competitive price. I called on a Monday and on Tuesday an estimator arrived and provided a quote which was emailed to me to allow me to accept it, reject it, or ask for modifications. Easy. The company came to do the work a week later. I received an email reminder, and then a phone call and text when they were on their way to my house. Crew was excellent. Cleaned a tile roof, two paver patios, and a travertine marble pool deck in two hours.

I had extensive damage to some areas of my pavers where the previous tenant was parking on the corners of the driveway . All About Pressure Cleaning was able to fix those areas and put in a cement border to reinforce those areas and reposition those pavers affected. In addition they had to strip and reseal an area where the previous tenant tried to cover up stains from working on his vehicle . Looks brand new now.

It seems these days its difficult to get dependable help. All About is the exception. They were on time and very professional. They cleaned all my coral rock planters around the entire home and cleaned the coral rock chimney on a vaulted ceiling. . I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends

I experienced premium professionalism in the evaluation of my pressure cleaning request. The price was excellent, regarding the extensive amount of work. My backyard has many chatahooctee walk areas (rounds and squares), which were extremely dirty. After the pressure cleaning, they appear to be new once again. Real pros, excellent work performed ( paver repairs, pressure cleaning and sealing) on my driveway and house entrance at very competitive price . The crew was on time , courteous and non invasive . They did the front and back driveways plus the pool area --everything looked good, just how we wanted it. But then a paver came lose on a front door step. We called to complain and they sent workers out the next day who fixed the problem. That quick response got them the 5th star.

They were very easy to work with and did a fine job including giving us a written exact cost and worked with us on a specific time for our convenience. Would highly recommend them.

I found this company to perform as promised, very rare these days.This job involved them removing a number of layers of sealer from my patio that had been improperly applied in the past hence leaving a hazy/cloudy look to the pavers. They treated it three times & did a miraculous job. I certainly would recommend & use them again.

I always use All About Pressure Cleaning & Sealing for all my driveway , outside furniture and patio needs. From initial call , to estimates, to actual work being performed and completed on time and as estimated, they are without parallel here in South Florida. Gledscon ( one of the owners ) has been more than helpful with ideas and especially when it comes to my wife who has some balance issues. I told him I wanted a specific sealer on my driveway and he immediately told me that would not be a good idea. Turns out that sealer becomes very slippery when wet and he remembered that my wife had the walking / balance situation. So I think we hopefully dodged a bullet with his recommendation (s ) . We have just finished a major pool and pool deck remodeling. The area is very large, and we had beautiful pavers installed, as well as resurfacing our pool ( just before hurricane Irma came!!!). Working with this company was probably the easiest part of all! Gladston was very, very knowledgeable, patient and accomodating, as far as organizing , and the guys who came to do the work (sorry...can't remember names! -one was the other owner!), did a great job, and sent another crew back to bring all the deck furniture back in. Very pleased. I would definitely recommend.

I had the pleasure of having Ulisses and Daniel as the two gentlemen that performed the work. They cleaned my driveway pavers, sidewalk, back pavers around the pool, side pads, gutters, roof tiles and lanai screens. Awesome work by these two young men. They stopped for 30 minutes to eat lunch after working 6 hours. There was one stubborn spot above the garage door that would not come clean. I was told they could not get it clean. They left to start another job. Out of no where, they showed up after 5pm and said the sealer should be dry and they used a ladder and scrubbed the area by hand. I would recommend them to anyone looking for pressure cleaning.

Having been recommended by our Next Door Neighborhood listing does not hurt. Gladston was prompt for our appointment. Explained how they work and what they do. A little more than the average landscaper or handyman, but. This I what they do. They even moved and replaced a few cracked pavers. Work crew was on time and did a very nice job. No complaints. A two man crew arrived promptly at the appointed time. They removed the pavers that were uneven due to tree roots, they removed the tree roots and replaced the pavers exactly as they were before. The men were courteous and did a wonderful job.

Our painting company's power wash did little to improve the walls and it became clear we needed another round. Glad to have found AAPC&S because they did the job right! Excellent work. Had black fertilizer stains that no one knew how to clean. Your guys came out and did a test and when that proved you could remove the stains, they went ahead. The whole walk and patio look like new.

I called them and they came out the next morning. I showed him what needed to be done and told me it would be beautiful when they get finished. He knew exactly what was needed to strip my paver deck around my pool as it was done IN correctly the first time about a year ago and I fell on it after a rainstorm. The guys came (EARLY) that morning and were done by the end of the day. The deck looks almost like the day it was installed. Kudos to all there!! What a great experience.. Very easy and painless from first phone call for quote to the finished product. Needed our pavers cleaned and sealed,the price for the service was good; Called on Wednesday,rcvd a quote on Thursday,booked it for Monday. Rogerio and his helper came at 8A went straight to work. I have been utilizing the services of Glescone and his company for the last three years and from pressure cleaning and sealing our circular driveway to cleaning our pool and patio, they could not be more professional, efficient , pleasant and all around great guys. It had been several years since we had our overs around the pool professionally cleaned and sealed. Over time the pavers had settled, were uneven with large gaps between the coping and pavers. The company sent a 3 man crew who worked for the better part of the day removing the pavers 4’ back from coping and then sanded and reset them making the patio look nice and even again! Two days later a second 2 man crew returned and helped me remove remaining heavy furniture items from patio. They did an incredible job pressure cleaning the patio and then applied 2 coats of a wet look sealant that makes the whole patio look better than new! Would highly recommend them without reservation! In addition the price was more than fair for the amount and quality of the work performed.

Used all about after previous guy destroyed the pavers trying to seal them. All about gave me the least expensive price out of three estimates to clean up the original mess up and reseal the pavers. All about pressure cleaning did a great job at pressure cleaning my stamped concrete. I had a lot of mold. They got rid of all of it without damaging the concrete. It was a pleasure sitting on the patio after they were done. I will definitely use them again.

All About Pressure Cleaning and Sealing did a fabulous job repairing and sealing my patio as well as pressure cleaning my roof, walls and sidewalk. Even the light fixtures were cleaned! The house looked like it was just painted. I had one or two minor concerns with the tile replacement but my concerns were addressed quickly, and professionally. They were prompt, courteous and professional throughout the whole process. I would definitely hire them again.

The owner of this company came out promptly and explained the process necessary to return pavers to original condition. I agreed to have work done. His men showed up on time, did the work exactly as was explained to me. Men worked non-stop for 6 1/2 hours. Finished up an left me with a brand new patio and a big smile on my face. Everything that promised was done. I highly recommend this company and without hesitation will use them again. I have lived in So Florida for 40 years and can say I wanted to leave a review for these guys, one of the best experiences with a contractor I have had.

This is the second time I have used All About Pressure Cleaning . The sale rep , Steve,came out to do the estimate and explained the procedure. I found it especially nice that I did not feel harassed nor did I get the " today only" price BS. He was honest about what results I could expect being that I have very porous pavers. The estimate arrived promptly as well as instructions on how to book the job and pay deposit. The two men that performed the job were very professional and careful around windows , doors etc . They took special care around my KOI POND as well. You can expect a little overspray near windows and doors , but that cannot be avoided . I can highly recommend All About Pressure Cleaning and will use them again.

I had milky white driveway pavers from multi layers of sealer improperly applied by an on-the-cheap company hired by the previous homeowner. In December 2016 I called All About Pressure Cleaning. They sent a polite and knowledgeable rep to my home to look over the job and give me an estimate. I was given a prompt and reasonable estimate. After accepting the estimate I was contacted by the office and given a date for the work to be started. On 12/14 they started working. The owner Gledston Zanon and co-owner Rogerio Silva started with the stripping process then rinsed everything down including any splash over. They were very neat and clean at all times from start to finish and were careful with the plantings nearby. When the multi layers of old sealer were gone the pavers looked amazing! The colors popped, and the sealer wasn't even applied yet. I couldn't believe how beautiful my pavers really are. I also had them clean the sidewalk that lines my property as part of the job estimate. Again, a great job done! The next day on 12/15, they returned to sand and seal the pavers. My driveway looks absolutely beautiful now. Even my neighbors drove by slowing down to look at it. I was very pleased with the professional job done and this companies overall professionalism. I will definitely have them come back to maintain it.

All About Pressure Cleaning used an acid wash to remove some old sealant that was cloudy, then cleaned up all of my pavers with sophisticated power wash equipment. They then renewed the sand in the paver joints and applied an appropriate type of sealant. After they finished, my next-door neighbor called me and told me that my driveway looks like new!

Not only was I impressed with the work and how well it was done, but I was impressed with my interactions with all members of this company. My pavers had many layers of old sealant (of different types) which required additional time than originally projected to completely remove and I was kept informed every step of the way regarding the work schedule. We had a driveway that was sealed improperly and left a white coating on our bricks. After several attempts of pressure cleaning and sandblasting the white coating still persist. When Rick came by he assured us that they could definitely remove the white coating, seal the driveway, and bring it back the brick to its original status with a sealant that would bring out the beautiful color of the brick driveway. Though skeptical, we went ahead and sign on for the job. The workers were very professional courteous and hard working. The job came out beautiful and restored our brick to its original shine. We also had our backyard tumbled marble pressure cleaned and sealed and the roof pressure cleaned - a wonderful job was done! When the workers were done with each phase of the job they told me if we weren't happy with anything they would come back and take care of it the next day. Rick was punctual and efficient. Roger, Alex and Gladstone pressure cleaned, painted and sealed our pool deck quickly and professionally. Communication was key due to the weather and Roger went above and beyond. He recognized that spraying the patio would give the best results. It rained hard right after the sealing but the job is guaranteed for a year. We are very pleased with the results.

I had my roof, sidewalk and driveway power washed. My brick pavers needed new sand and then a coating. I was very pleased with the driveway sanding and coating. I was concerned about new plantings in my yard, but I was assured they would be okay. When they came, they put plastic sheeting over all my plants, thus protecting them. All work was done in a professional manner and I was very satisfied. I would recommend them and would use their services again!

From the very start the company's representative was on time and very detailed. I had asked for a few "other than normal" tasks to be completed. It seemed that there was nothing they couldn't or wouldn't do to accomidate me. Day 1 - The job crew was extremely polite and communicated with me via phone and text regarding their arrival time. The roof, deck and a awning was cleaned to perfection. Day 2 - The deck walls were taped off to avoid any of the sealer over spray. Two coats of the water based material was applied, which left a nice sheen. They also removed furniture with great care. Day 3 - A different two man crew came by to replace the furniture. This crew was also very polite and wanted to insure that I was completely satisfied. I noticed that the trucks, trailers and equipment were new and well maintained. Overall, a very plesant experience.
